with live performances by:
SAGE
"I would like to go on stage and feel in my words the total potential in my mind at the time. My motivation is to see my Jamaicans being educated to the highest level." - Sage
NINA KARLE
Nina really discovered her unique style, performing with the all Japanese blues/rock/jazz band Blue Mountain while teaching English in Nagoya Japan. She comes across with a seductive tone that captivates her audience. She has been on tour with many reggae artists including I-Wayne, Richie Spice, Chuck Fender Sly & Robbie and Sinead OConnor.
JANINE CUNNINGHAM
Old school blues improvisation meets hard hitting lyrical prowess in a rich imaginative blend of vocal clarity and complexity. Janine brings her refreshing mix of contemporary and conscious poetry to the stage and delivers a mature, sophisticated style of "Root, Rock, Jazz" with a unique and captivating energy all of her own.
AMIQUE
This talented singer has shared a stage with Beenie Man, Keith Sweat as well as Tanto Metro and Devontae to name a few. Amique tells persons interested in the industry, 'if this is what you really want to do, let noone [discourage you]...keep trying'.
WITH A SPECIAL GUEST PERFORMANCE BY
EMPRESS
Past Host of 'Di Show' on RETV, Reggae Entertainment on BET J and Musical Passport on Bet J, Empress is the current host of The Magnum Kings and Queens of Dancehall show and black history specials on TVJ. She states, "My style is a confused and eclectic blend of reggae yard-soul with a touch of jazz". Raised in Trelawny, Jamaica, Miami, Florida, and Australia, there is no doubt she is the definition of 'yardie' but with an international 'flava'.
